Tour price does not include gratuities to the guide and driver. Suggested tip is 10% to the guide and 5% to the driver given separately.

You can pay for your tour on the spot (usually on the morning of the second day).  We accept cash (USD, EUR and RUB) and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). 

Please note that Russian banks charge 10% commission for exchanging damaged foreign currency bills. If you would like to pay in cash, please make sure you bring USD or EUR bills in mint condition: without any stamps, marks or damages. You can pay in Russian Rubles, bills condition is not an issue in this case.  Payment with credit card is done on the first day of your tour. The total cost of the tour will be charged from your credit card in Russian

Rubles according to current exchange rate of  The Central Bank

of the Russian Federation.

If you decide to pay in cash, 5 per cent discount is provided.

Please note cancellations should be made in written form.

Your booking can be cancelled without a fee if done no less than

14 days prior to your arrival in St Petersburg.

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival we reserve

the right to charge a fee equal to 50 % of the total tour cost.

For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival and no-shows we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 100 % of the total tour cost.

Please note that theatre and folk show tickets are non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to change times, routes and stops due to: traffic, weather, state visits, special events, or for the safety and comfort of passengers.
